Carmen Roceli M. Lopez
Chief Empowerment Officer
Carmen or Carmz is a Feminist Nurse Leader. Aside from being the Chief Empowerment Officer of HerStore Asia, she is also an Independent Gender and Development Consultant. She has over 14 years of experience in development in both the public and private sectors. She has worked for non-government organizations’ Gawad Kalinga, VSO and CFC and the GREAT Women Project 2 of the Philippine Commission on Women. She acquired her bachelor’s degree from the University of Santo Tomas and obtained her Master of Arts in Women and Development with an Academic Excellence Award from the University of the Philippines. In 2013, she was the youngest outstanding alumna awardee of the Manila Science High School, the first science high school in the Philippines. Carmen is a YSEALI Professional Fellow, ASEAN Youth Fellow and a Swedish Institute Leadership Programme Alumna.
Country Representative – Vietnam
Nguyen Luong Chinh is from from Vietnam. Currently, he has been studying a Master’s Course on sustainability of rural development and environmental systems. In addition, he is also working as a Program Officer at an NGO in Vietnam, where they put more emphasis on community development for ethnic minorities in the fields of natural resource management and income generation. As an ambitious Program Officer and Junior Researcher, he is interested in seeking opportunities to contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and he feels great honor to be a part of a deeply significant project as HerStore.
I Nyoman Muskoni
Country Representative – Indonesia
I Nyoman Muskoni is from Indonesia. He is an architect and also the Co-Founder of Bali Organic Corner, a permaculture farm based in Ubud, Bali. He is interested in sustainable build environment and sustainable agricultural movement.
Mikka Francesca Hipol
Mikka is a strategist and storyteller for mission-driven organizations. She has worked in the areas of education, local governance, and community development. She helps non-profit organizations and social enterprises maximize their impact through strategic planning, program design, and organizational transformation.
A project manager with 8+ years of administrative and film production experience, Jaja is now exploring digital marketing. She is particularly fond of feeding puspins and eating bangus.
Country Representative – Indonesia
Diogi is the HerStore Country Coordinator and Representative for Indonesia. He loves meeting with new Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and talk about any oportunity that can be developed together. He is an enthusiast of branding, markering and selling.
Marylew has been working in the development sector for more than 10 years. Her passion revolves around community development, children’s rights and women’s rights. She loves working with people and believes that anybody is capable of leading, influencing and contributing to the betterment of one’s community. She always hoped to lead by example, of commitment and compassion for others to influence them become better leaders and builders in the future.
I am a Web Designer and Developer for more than 3.years. I am passionate on doing things related to IT Industry. I’ve helped some business owners to operate their business on to the online world.
Nino G. Valencia

Joshua Soldivillo is an assistant professor at Silliman University. He teaches science and science education. He received his degree in BSED Physical Science and MA in Science Education major in Physics as a scholar of the Department of Science and Technology. He has represented the Philippines in 2018 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia in the ASEAN Regional Workshop on STEM Education organized by the US Department of State, US Embassy Phnom Penh through the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative. He has presented his papers internationally and locally. He also has local, national, and international publications. Presently, he is the director of Project STEAMify, an initiative that promotes STEAM Education. He is a module writer and lead teacher of the Silliman University Alternative Learning System-Education & Skills Training and CHED-RECPE program. Further, he is a National Trainer in Physical Science of the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC). Lastly, Joshua is a certified farmer and agri-preneur.
Jahra has a combined experience of 9 years in Social Entrepreneurship, and business development consultancy in Non Government Organizations (NGOs). She is passionate about the environment, indigenous people’s rights and technology.
